Parker's Picks

Parker is going on a new adventure.  We announced on Twitter last week that Parker would be getting some new graphics.  Here they are...what do you think?  We're launching a new series of posts entitled "Parker's Picks."  Parker will be scouring the internet, Pinterest, Etsy, and so much more.  He's going to bring you things he loves, things he thinks are cool, and so much more!

Parker will bring you lots of things in the future...but today he's going to bring you some awesome handmade items from Etsy.  Since Parker is a polymer clay enthusiast, our first "Parker's Picks" come from polymer clay artists across Etsy.  Parker is going to tell his readers why he likes an item and show them where they can get it.

These "Sock Monkey Pendants" from Magicbyleah on Etsy are colorful and adorable, two things that Parker loves color and cuteness.  This item embodies both of those.  Who wouldn't want this cutie hanging from their neck?  Parker has known Leah since he was just a few months old and is excited to one day meet on of her sock monkeys himself.  

 Again, both of Parker's favorites, color & cuteness, have been captured in this awesome sculpture.  Parker has known Trina since the day he was born.  She is truly a master with polymer clay.  All of her sculptures capture unique, whimsical, and delicate details.  She has worked with polymer clay for years and her talent in the medium is noticeable throughout all her sculptures.

Parker loves summer.  All the picnics, lemonade, sunshine, and cute little ladybugs.  Parker chose this item for it's cuteness.  Notice how the ladybug is wearing a spotted "jacket?"  It's cuteness and originality all in one!  Lisa is a wonderful person and she has perfected her polymer clay talent.  Parker is honored to have her join him here on Monday for our Monday Madness, where he features a different artist and their Etsy store.  Come back on Monday to meet Lisa and get to know her.
