We're going to try something NEW on our blog. As you can see, it's entitled "Wednesday Wants." This will be a featured where shopaholics can unite and see some of the new, cool, fun, and innovative things on the market. I LOVE to shop...but I'm also a bargain hunter. We will try to appease both ends of the spectrum, but in most cases we will try to feature things on a variety of price-points.
ISSUE 1: GEEKY GIFTS
Our first few items today are things I have recently purchased and things that I love. Three of the four finds relate to my favorite "toy," my MacBook Pro. Yes, I'm an Apple girl and I will never to back to IBM, ever. That being said, here's two things I recently purchased (on the cheap end) for my Mac. I love them both!

I love these! Now granted these are marketed for MacBooks, but you can use them with other laptops. I got mine on SALE at the site for $5.95 for 2. So they do go down in price eventually. What I love about it is that not only does it allow the air to circulate, it also allows the keyboard to be at a better angle for typing. What's NOT to love?

Okay, here's the truth...I bought two of these. One in light pink (for me) and one in black (for my hubby). I LOVE mine. But hubby...not so much. So, I guess this is a personal preference thing. I like that it keeps dust, food, etc OUT of my keyboard. AND...the cover STILL closes, which is awesome. So I put it on and it's not coming off for quite awhile.

I have NOT bought this little cutie yet, but I still want it. This website, heliotrope used to carry these in about 6 different colors: red, black, white, yellow, pink, green, & silver. It appears that only pink & green are left to be purchased. There are some other cute geeky things on this website as well.

I'm not sure if this find could classify itself under "geeky" but it IS geeky for a girl! I hate having my chapstick, notebook, phone, etc all jumbled in the bottom of my purse. This has been the draw for a Miche bag...but I've never bought one of those bags...why? TOO SMALL and the big one is just TOO BIG. So this would be my everyday solution.

those are really cool. I had a laptop once, then my youngest broke the screen. I like the hardier desktops, which work for me since I never go anywhere anyway :)

Love the items! I wish I had a laptop - we used to years back but eventually somehow it wouldn't charge any longer (we could tell it wasn't getting connection through the part that connects to the power plug). Some of those items I know I'd get!

lovnin your mac toys had a i had both of those my lap top may never have blown up...getting them when it gets fixed.
