Kater's Acres 2012 Goals

Every year we would like to take the opportunity to improve our business and our customer service at Kater's Acres.  You can view our goals in full detail here.  For now though, we are just going to summarize what we did and did NOT get accomplished in 2011.

THIS YEAR I ACCOMPLISHED THE FOLLOWING FROM MY LIST:
  • Rename my store, facebook, twitter, & blog!
  • Get fresh and new ideas -- ie: be more creative!
    • Chubby Line Developed - New addition (Currently on series #6)
    • Parker Scenes Developed (New addition)
  • Reach 100 followers on my blog & 200 followers on FaceBook.
  • Sell 100 items from my Etsy store.

So, overall I didn't do too bad, but there were a lot of things that I wanted to get done, but didn't.

Here's my goals for this year:
  • Have 100 NonBNR sales
  • Post at least 4 tutorials for polymer clay on my blog.
  • Develop new lines of chubbies (at least one every 2 months, preferably one every month)
  • Make it to Etsy's front page!!!
  • List 1 NEW item every day, and 3 total items a day.
  • Have consistently over 400 items in my store.
  • Have no less than 20 Parker scenes available for purchase (currently I have 16).
  • Redo Parker adoption certificates with my graphic designer.
  • Redo Gift Certificates with my graphic designer.

Wow Katie, your accomplishments for 2011 are quite impressive. Besides, if you did reach ALL your goals then you probably didn't aim high enough ;)
Reach for the moon, for if you fail you still wind up with a handful of stars.
I can't wait to see what you accomplish in 2012

Good luck with your 2012 goals. At the rate you're going shouldn't be too difficult. BTW way love the storage using the binder system. It's really a neat and efficient way to store small worked pieces...
