PAYPAL CHECKOUT PAGES
For some time it's been quite a mystery how we can add information for our customers to "opt in" to our newsletters and get additional information from them...but thanks to some great research by other Etsy friends, we have figured this out! Here is all the step by step information you need to do this on your own PayPal checkout pages.
STEP BY STEP:
How to add email sign-ups & questionnaire to your PayPal page...
1) Go to "Profile"
2) Click on "My selling tools"
3) Then click on "Update" on the "Custom Payment Pages"
4) That will take you to a 2 tab screen, click on the "Options" tab.
5) On the Options Tab towards the bottom you will see a section called "Merchant Service Options" and there is the "Add a Custer Service Survey" and "Add email" option.
TO GET THE ANSWERS TO THESE SURVEYS, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE TRANSACTION NOTIFICATION PAGE.
